JK Jemma Kidd Signature Shadows on optics and Air Kiss Duo Lipgloss in Rendezvous on lips

Don't you love a bargain? JK Jemma Kidd cranks out a lot of 'em, but if the brand'south new $9.99 JK Signature Shadows and JK Air Osculation Duo had the discussion "bargain" stamped beyond the front end of their packaging, it would be in very, very sheer ink.

I spotted these a couple weeks agone and was immediately reminded of MAC.

At outset glance, don't the powdered eyeshadows in the Signature Shadow palette look kinda like the colors in the MAC Regal Assets Warm Eyes Palette (Antiquitease Collection)? And Sassy, the pinkish Air Kiss gloss, looks a fiddling similar MAC Nymphette Lipglass, while Rendezvous, a shimmery plummy taupe, looks similar it could be MAC Spite'due south sparkly cousin.

I thought, "$10 dupes for MAC!?" But, alas, Jemma was just Kidd-ing with these colors. I definitely think these are lovely in their own softly understated way, just if you're on the market place for MAC-similar pigments, these may not exist what you're looking for.

The Signature Shadows

Backstage (a shimmery gray) and Vintage (a shimmery slap-up bronze) steal the evidence for me when information technology comes to this palette. I find them like shooting fish in a barrel to blend, and I recollect they boast the about pigment among the shades. You might want to use an eyeshadow brush with dense beard to apply them, maybe one like the MAC 239, and some of the colors — the metal gold Faddy and shimmery white Elle come to mind — suffer from pretty significant fallout.

The Air Kiss Duo

These polish, (as well) sheer, non-sticky glosses feel like nothing on my lips and take a deliciously yummy orange odour (they are unflavored though). It'due south a good thing they're so easy to tote around, though, because they don't concluding long. I've been having to do touch on-ups every hour or then.

If y'all adopt rich pigments, and so you may want to laissez passer on these sheer shades, only I can see how bargain hunters who dearest natural looks would think these are swell.
